KitchenReady Pro

For foodservice equipment dealers

KitchenReady vs SafetyCulture

Start with the job you need to document. A kitchen delivery survey and a company-wide field-service system are not the same buying decision.

Where SafetyCulture fits

SafetyCulture supports customizable inspection templates, shared reports and access controls. Its content library spans inspections, audits and training across industries. If your team needs many different checklists and a broader operations program, evaluate that flexibility alongside a purpose-built foodservice workflow.

Where KitchenReady fits

KitchenReady follows the foodservice site survey: documents, site dimensions, delivery access, gas and electric, water and drain, hood and vent, equipment, closeout and review.

  • Enter tape measurements as fractions, including 35-7/8 inches.
  • Record doorways, hallways and turns; flag openings under 36 inches for review.
  • Compare estimated and actual crew hours and labor cost.
  • Use branded reports on paid plans; share company surveys on Dealer plans.

See the survey before signing up

Open the sample survey report. It uses KitchenReady's actual report format with illustrative demo data, not a customer result. No signup is required.

Compare the bill for your team

KitchenReady Field is free for one user with up to three active surveys. Solo is $69/month for one user. Dealer is $189/month for up to eight users, or $1,890 billed annually. Dealer Plus is $299/month for unlimited users.

Dealer is one company bill, not a charge for each of the first eight users. Ask SafetyCulture for current pricing for your own team, features and contract term; this page does not assume a competing quote.

Limits to check before choosing

KitchenReady is not a dispatch system, a general-purpose inspection-template builder, or an engineering and code-compliance authority. AI equipment suggestions require review. Offline work depends on cached records; AI and media uploads need a connection.

Ask SafetyCulture to show a foodservice delivery-path checklist and the report your installers would receive. In KitchenReady, test the built-in survey steps, fractional measurements and labor closeout against that same job.

Try the same site survey

Use a real doorway, a data plate and a labor estimate to compare the workflow. Field needs no payment card. Custom branding starts on a paid plan.
